Returns & Refunds policy
We want you to love every print you get from us. But if for any reason you’re not completely happy, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.
Cancelling Your Order
You have 14 days to cancel your order.
This period starts the day you receive your order (or when someone you’ve chosen, who isn’t the delivery carrier, receives it on your behalf).
To cancel, simply send an email to info@vrll3d.com with a brief message indicating your cancellation reason.
Once confirmed, we’ll send you a voucher for the full amount you paid — no hidden fees or deductions.
You’ll receive the voucher within 7 days after we receive the item back, and it’ll stay valid for 90 days from the date it’s issued.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
Your order was placed within the last 14 days.
The items are still in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, some items can’t be returned, including:
Custom or personalised prints (anything made just for you).
Items that can’t be reused for hygiene or safety reasons once unsealed.
Items that are time-sensitive or perishable.
Items that, after delivery, have been combined with other products and can’t be separated again.
If your return doesn’t meet these conditions, we may have to decline it — but we’ll always explain why.
Sending Items Back
You’ll need to cover the shipping cost for any return, and we recommend using a tracked and insured service to make sure your package arrives safely.
Returns should be sent to the same address your order was shipped from (we’ll confirm the details by email if needed).
We can’t take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit, so keeping that tracking info handy is a good idea.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift voucher for the value of your return once we receive it.
If the order wasn’t marked as a gift (or the sender had it shipped to themselves), the voucher will go to the original buyer.
